Payment Options

We have both online and offline payment methods for your order. If you prefer to pay online, then you can choose to pay with either a debit or credit card, or via Instant EFT. If you wish to pay via regular EFT but via your own banking portal, phone app, etc then choose "EFT" when you checkout and we will give you our banking details. Please note that there can be up to a 48 hour delay on offline EFT's.


Shipping costs are calculated based on the area which you live in and the relative size and weight of your parcel. If you live in one of the major city centers such as Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town, then shipping is usually between R150-200 per order, dependent on how many items you purchase. If you are situated in further outlying areas, then you might expect to pay between R150-R250 per order.

Delivery Options

Since we are shipping glass, we prefer to use couriers who we've established take care of our parcels. Therefore, we only  offer door-to-door delivery options. However, each order is discretely packaged, so no one will never know what you've ordered until you've opened the bag. Our orders arrive from "The PPP Company" and there is no visible branding on our parcels when they are delivered. 

Backorder Items

As our products are both sourced overseas and hand crafted, some items are occasionally only available via back order. When a product shows “available on back order”, these products have to be made and shipped to us before we can deliver it to you.

Back order products can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks for delivery. However, we do expedite all our deliveries to ensure that you receive your order in as short a time as possible. You will be notified on the estimated delivery period after placing the order, and will be able to contact us regularly to track your order.

Broken Items

If you receive your order and an item has been broken in transit, please take care to advise us within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery if the item is damaged or broken. You must notify us via email, sending a close up, clear photo of the damaged goods to [email protected], along with your order number and time of collection. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Do not use the item, as we will most likely as you to return it to us, depending on how badly it is damaged.
