Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your item arrives in a damaged or defective state, then please contact us immediately. We will not accept returns where the damage was not confirmed upon delivery. We will confirm either via email or telephonically the exact nature of the damage/defect and provide instructions for how to proceed.
On all returns we will require:
* Notification within 24 hours of receipt of delivery
* Clear, close-up photographs of the damaged/defective items clearly indicating the damage/defect
* A receipt or proof of purchase
If we deem you may be liable for a refund/return, then we will send our courier to collect the item at our own cost. Please do not send the item to us unless we have indicated that we are considering a return/refund, or you will be liable for these shipping fees.
There are certain situations where a return/refund will not be granted:
* Items with obvious signs of use
* Notification received after 24 hours of delivery confirmation
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed accordingly:
* We will ship the same item to you at no cost
* If this item is no longer available, then we will provide you with options for similar/replacement items
* If you are not satisfied with any of the replacement options, then we will grant you store credit for the amount you paid for purchasing the original item.
Sale items (if applicable)
If the item you purchased was on sale at the time of purchase and we grant you with store credit for the reasons listed above, then you will only be credited the amount paid at the time of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received the item damaged/defective, please follow the steps above to notify us of this.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Do not return your item without our authorisation, or you will be liable for the shipping costs. If we deem the item needs to be returned, we will arrange shipping through our own courier service and pay the cost thereof.
