What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship discretely across the country, or you could collect your order from our retail store in Johannesburg. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders placed before 12pm to major centers should arrive within 5 days. If you live in an outlaying region, delivery could be delayed and could take up to 7 days. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Can I use my own courier?

Please contact us if you wish to discuss this option.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

To make it easy for you, we have several different payment methods available.

Do you accept cash deposits?

Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to use a cash deposit as payment.

How do I place an Order?

Simply add a product to your cart, choose the colour or size (where applicable) and proceed to checkout, following the steps on each page. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can purchase without an account. However, we do need several details from you to process your order. By creating an account, future online purchases will take much less time to process.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to amend your order or have an issue, please contact us as soon as possible. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking information will be forwarded via email and can be tracked on our courier’s website at any point during your order. 

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact us to discuss return of a product. Kindly note that we do not accept returns on orders older than 14 days.
